country.4.2. the supplier shall furnish guarantee/warranty certi cate along with the billfor satisfactory performance of the ordered materials for a period eighteen 18 months from the date of receipt and acceptance of material at consignees end or twelve 12 months from the date of its use/fitment/commissioning, whichever is earlier.4.3. the purchaser shall promptly notify the supplier in writing of any claims arising under this warranty. the supplier shall, within thirty days, repair or replacethe defective goods or parts thereof, free of cost at the ultimate destination. the supplier shall
